After waiting for over 8 minutes while the other service people technically ignored me, he walked right up and offered to help and that’s exactly what he did. I was about to leave your service department because of how I was treated but he turned things right around. Very professional and I think he’s awesome!!!!

Over charged for services received. Had I not said something I feel I would have been taken advantage of. I wonder how many others this has happened to. It’s kind of sad to think about in today’s world where so many are financially hurting.
