Did not actually complete the alignment properly, tried to make excuses up about the truck why it couldn't be done. Truck is still under warranty, if there is an issue in making the alignment Nissan should have covered it. Not to worry green Nissan says they will take care of it free of charge for me to clearly they would like my business.
My experience today at Auffenberg Nissan O’Fallon IL, was beyond satisfaction. Tarell took the extra mile to reinsure, I left with an over all great experience and smile. The owner of two Nissans purchased from Auffenberg, I was surprised to find out that my covered oil/filter and tire rotation had expired. No worries, since I was there talking to Brittin, I indicated to proceed as I will now pay for the service. I did mention to Brittin that I had received a flyer on maintenance services and discounts. He did not respond that I could possibly use the discount on my service, but did not worry about it since I did not actually have the flyer. Most customer service reps would check with their Service Manager to see if they would override the requirement for a physical flyer. Instead he just gave me a quote for tires. I was in the market for a new Nissan SUV for my wife and spoke to Alex, but now......thank you very much.

After a few years bringing my car in for servicing, the last two visits have finally been ones where I felt a sincere relationship/exchange. Rob C helped me out of a tough weekend and worked with me as one caring human being to another, and I’ve also worked with Terrell(sp?). I had missed that feeling of sincerity I was accustomed to at my Oklahoma dealership - I don’t know what’s changed at your location, but it makes a world of difference to me - thank you!
