The individual who assisted me was courteous and informative. He let me know which additional services I might consider because my car was currently due for them. I was not pressured, but made aware that those services are imminent. At the end of my visit I was given a printout of what was discussed.

They are really trying hard to fix my electrical problems and I appreciate their efforts. I guess I will have to wait until it gets bad enough so they can find it. Hopefully my extended warranty does not expire first. Thanks for all you efforts!

Didn’t fix the sunroof....still leaks. Told not to take it thru car wash??? Water stain from leaky sunroof...told hopefully you guys can clean it??? Required to make numerous trips to the dealership for factory defects and use up my mileage on the lease??? It all sounds questionable to me.
