Your scheduling system is not good. I had to explain to the service representative everything that I put in my scheduled appointment that I made online. When I call to follow up with the progress of the service, I have to give my details to the person who answers the phone, then again to the person that I'm transferred to. I am generally disappointed every time I use your service garage, but you're the only NISSAN service in the region to I just put up with it.

Not cleaning vehicle. Not sure if loaner available or was rental before loaner covered. Better than last time, two weeka ago. They said no loaners given anymore, then it was. At least repair was covered

I was lied to and told a tire rotation was done and it was signed off as being done and wasnt. Rob the service manager confirmed this. I have lost faith in your service there. I call it out right fraud.

Your service team is awesome, 2years ago i was displeased but one person on your team convinced me to return (Tarrell Russell) and I see a great improvement, in all the stuff members in the automotive area, I don't know what changes you made besides staff but I'm pleased.
