Asked me if I wanted tires rotated-sure didn’t do them when I got my car someone else not Eric some broke my spoiler under my front bumper on driver side went back in asked the guy if someone hit something cause it was hanging and he said your asking the wrong guy and walked away so I left

I dropped my car off at 1:30 and was told it would be done by 5. That already being a really long time, I heard nothing from the dealership during my time waiting, even after 5pm. I called the dealership twice and was hung up on both times. Once I decided do just head over, even with no communication of my car being done or not, they call me at 6:30 saying they have no idea if my car is done and if i want I can just head over to the dealership. Lack of communication with their customers must be irritating. After arriving, I stood there waiting for someone to approach me for about 5-10 min. I paid and then was brought the wrong car. Not my keys or car. They just seemed super unorganized. On top of all this, I didn’t ask for a car wash or told i was getting one. My windows were full of water spots and hand prints. It was just a **** experience. Probably never going here again.
