I brought my car in for warranty AC work and was told that a tiny hair was the source of the issue. My service advisor told me that because of this hair honda would not approve the warranty work. I was told that I could come down and remove the hair on my own if I wished. I had to find a ride down to Spreen with needle nose pliers in hand to remove the hair. I thought it was a joke that my service advisor and the technician blamed the hair. I removed the hair and within minutes I was told that the issue would be fixed under warranty. What a huge waste of my time for something so stupid.... I had to find a ride back down to honda to remove a less then 1 inch piece of hair stuck to the vent. I'm not sure if this is common practice at Spreen but I can tell you I was not very happy with how my service appointment went.
