Dennis Palacio was awful. He provided good information about the service and then proceeded to stay up to date with his **** on YouTube. Apparently, my vehicle was ready for over 40 minutes without receiving any notification from him or anyone else. However, not a second of YouTube was missed by Dennis while we waiting patiently and became more and more displeased with him. Check his browser history for the boys on bicycles. I will return to Spreen Honda for future service, but I do not want Dennis to service me. Very displeased with his customer care.
We called for an appointment for oil change & tire rotation t Friday evening for Saturday & I was booked Servuce rep said just bring your car early & we’ll take care of you …And that’s exactly what they did even though the appointment was full.. 4 hours later the pilot was done including a car wash….THANK YOU SREEN HONDA
My car was taken care of efficiently and was finished in a timely manner. Thank you. Everyone was courteous and kind.

I understand that would the fuel pump is changed some to all the fuel most be drained, but as soon as I walked up to my car you can smell the fuel and the smell has been lingering.
I brought my 2016 odyssey to fix a flashing engine light to your dealer 3 times in 2 weeks and it has not been fixed yet. I am told I could drive it for 2 weeks then bring it back for your dealer to investigate further. This is taking a lot of my precious time and also my wife too scared to drive the odyssey around.
I assume the service was done well… Eric is a great guy who treated me very well with courtesy and kindness… The service took 3 1/2 hours after I made an appointment… That was my disappointment

Ron has consistently provided excellent customer service. I have been a customer of Honda Cars Corona / Spreen Honda for more than 15 years and Ron has always been helpful.

Gabriel was great super happy with him and the service team. He was off the day I picked up my car but made arrangements to speak with another teammate
