I can always count on Kyle and the service team to make sure that everything on my car is running smoothly and that it is safe to drive. He always points out any suggestions for optimizing the performance of my MKX which I have had for 174,000 miles and it still runs like a top! I expect to have fast prompt service when I set an appointment in advance more especially since I have to drive a hour to come to my appointment from Longview. I should not have to sit in the waiting room for three hours. I also had to turn around and comeback because someone didn’t reset my tire monitor system. So altogether today I spent 5 1/2 hours to get a couple things done.This is poor customer service at its finest. Not even one sorry. Thanks for messing my whole day up. Lisa Manshack
