You added a service I didn’t request and was told that I didn’t have a choice to pay it or not, I won’t use you again because of it. BS
Ms. Berkebile went above and beyond to have my car repair
completed in a timely fashion. She kept me updated on the repair
needed and informed me of up coming maintenance. I feel pampered
when I go to JOD’s for service thanks to your stafff, but especially Paula B
First of all I DO NOT like this text format. I am old school n prefer an email or paper to write on. Pro: Julie is very thorough n professional; she saved the day so to speak. Julie gets an A +++! Lady who took our information when we drove in confused the issue of our service. I had called on Monday to schedule this maintenance with details of what was to be accomplished. In talking to this lady all I should of had to do was say my name n THAT information already entered ; or so I thought was entered, would be pulled up and off we go. But NO, the lady taking our needs had zero information on my appointment. So all the maintenance was not accomplished. I get a call that my vehicle was ready when in fact two items; major items, were left off. So now we wait some more which makes planning the rest of the day impossible. Ya’ll have to get my vehicle back in the shop to play catch up n my wife is out her car. Julie worked some magic to get service completed quicker than expected. She earned my respect. In my mind I am questioning why your system is not integrated or why my initial information was not available to the lady who took our service needs? Bottom line is took longer n almost cost us two major maintenance items not serviced. If something would have gone wrong in the future; that would have been on ya’ll. Not saying something would have but. This was very aggravating given I had phoned ahead and had this already set.

Upon my complaint to service manager that there is no internet in service area & too much delay in mare change of oil ( 1.30 hrs) ... Mr Cory took me in his office & asked me that since I am too much demanding , therefore I am not welcomed in Jack o diamond honda, I felt myself immense humiliated . My both demands were very genuine ,1- 1.30 hrs service time only to change the oil 2- To pass this waiting time in productive manner ,there must be access of nternet in waiting areas .... and this phenomenon of non availability of internet is very common ..

Quick in and out for an oil change. Kyle is the best !! Very informative about any question I may have...... he goes over the service report in detail and I always feel he is taking care of me and my car!!!

Always a great and wonderful person, very professional and always does a excellent job every time I come in for service!!! And always make sure I’m taken care of and explain every detail of any problems I my have with my vehicles before they even work on the problem with the vehicle, will always continue to come and buy at Jack O’ Diamonds ??!!!??
