I have always had excellent service on my vehicle and customer service is impeccable. Paula has been with Jack O Diamonds as long as I have been coming and she is always so nice and helpful.
I always get good service I got there today at 12:00 they were not finished untill after 3:00 I had a oil change,tires rotated and lights checked on the dash that come on and off I was there a long time other than that good services

The service Dept worked and did a great job on trying to find out what is causing my air condition sometimes to cut off they looked under the dash drove it checked to see if something was loose it cooling and hasn’t stopped working Kyle told me if something happened again to wright down what it is doing at that time to try to pin point what it could be it’s nice to go to a dealership and you are treated like family I could keep writing but I will end with GREAT JOB thankyou. I love to have my vehicle here normally. This time when someone drove it to service they moved the seat position - as expected - but it was not necessary for them to change the seat memory to fit them. I have it set to fit me snd would like it to stay that way
The time that it took from start to finish was awesome!
My service today would not have been necessary had the previous service been performed correctly. I knew when my oil change took less than 20 minutes that I would face some problems. The service rep had no concern into looking into my concern. I can take my service elsewhere if JOD will create other problems to keep their business flowing.
