Robert and Chad are always helpful, smiling and offer suggestions that my car might need. They keep me informed of possible upcoming services. I like that because they are educating me… without the pressure. I feel like they look out for me and that’s important.

Chad was thorough in his explanation of the services needed when I came in. He was sensitive to the amount of time I was going to have to sit in the waiting room & offered me a loner car. I was able to drive up the street and spend a few fun hours looking through the nursery & HomeGoods. When I returned he explained additional services recommended. I am going to schedule for next month, as nothing was urgent and today’s service was quite a bit. I love DCH Acura and have never been disappointed. Thank you!

This morning I had scheduled an appointment to get my car's breaks checked at 9:45 am. Not only did Roberto came up to me and the car as soon as I pulled up, he kindly, told me the wait time of the diagnostic (my husband had called earlier and told him I needed to pick up my children by a certain time), but he walked me over to service with a sense of urgency always, gave me my refund of a part I ended up not needing, and he did this all with a smile. He was so kind, professional, and his work ethic was incredible. He was so positive too. So incredibly blessed to have had such a smooth, fast, and positive experience. Kindly, LYDIA G

My car battery died while I was out doing shopping for my children. The service department at Temecula Acura took very good care of me and replaced the battery quickly. I was still able to pick up my son from school on time!
