The whole process today felt like a subpar dealership. Not a top first class dealership. First, on the phone I was told the whole process would take about an hour. But then I show up today and was told it would be close to 2 hours. I planned things based on what I was told over the phone. Then I was told they would “try” to go quicker. Well, 2 hrs later the car still wasn’t ready. Thanks for really trying to get it done as I was told over the phone. Then, I go to pay for the waste fee and I’m quoted $70! I ask the person why and they shrug their shoulders and give no explanation. I asked multiple times why it was so much when the first service was supposed to be part of the purchase of my car. With the same shrug of the shoulders. Finally I had to state I wasn’t paying until I got a better answer at which time the girl decided to look and realized it was the first service and should be free. Really?! I needed to be pushy to get it looked at?! Then at the end she hands me a voucher to take across the street to an unknown gas station, go in and talk with the cashier, who hands me a token for me to get my own car washed! There’s a car wash at the dealership you could’ve really saved me time by just doing it. Or at least taken my car over to the gas station and washed it for me! I thought I paid a premium on a car not just for the car but the whole experience/service. I got better service at the dodge dealership then I had today with you guys. Very disappointing. I dropped the car off at 10am and I didn’t pull out of the gas station car wash until after 1pm! Wasted my whole day for a basic service!

The service provided by Chad was excellent, starting with setting the appointment by providing different time options, once in the office he demonstrated outstanding customer skills. It is very nice to make business with Acura Temecula and their team members like Chad.
