I’ve been coming to DCH Acura on a regular basis every couple of months ever since I bought my car from there in 2016. I visit regularly to receive regular maintenance for my car. The last time I was there Mr. Roberto Dominguez provided assistance for my car’s maintenance.
That day I visited, his customer service went above and beyond my expectations and I appreciate the positive customer experience. He is very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and I’m very satisfied with the maintenance for my vehicle. He is an outstanding employee and one of the reasons I continue to go to DCH Acura.
Chad assisted us and as always was very professional, personable and informative about what was going on with our MDX. Kudos regarding the new communication with the video of our problem and user friendly approval app. Nice touch. Again very pleased with ur service. My only comment would be it would have been nice to get a the car washed. It was a bit dusty when we picked it up but not a negative in our book. ????????
