DCH did not have all the parts to do a routine service that was e-booked 4 days in advance. Who runs out of engine air filters? DCH did not wash my car because there was no wash guy? Yet, when leaving, I noticed a guy in the back lot WASHING cars! I have a pre-purchased maintenance plan and am surprised at the dealerships’ failures on these simple issues.

The only small thing is that, when my vehicle was ready to go, I found myself cleaning up after the crew by throwing away the plastic seat covers, the paper foot protector, and the number sign on the dashboard. Other than that it was great. My property was respected.

Front desk guy is very nice and polite. Not sure how it can take over 2 hours with a scheduled appointment. A mask was not worn inside or outside of my car when returned to me.

Professional, polite, and addressed my issue. However, the bill stated incorrect information (name, address, and phone). Also, if rotating tires I would imagine tire pressure is part of the process but the pressure read uneven once I departed.
