Shehata was very nice, prompt and helpful as he always is. The only thing I was disappointed with is that my car wasn’t washed. I have been bringing my Acura’s to be serviced here for 15 years and this is the only time it hasn’t been washed. I always like the nice touch of getting a clean car, and wish it would have been done this time.
K. Shehata is always so pleasant and helpful when bringing my MDX in for service. His smiling face (and you can still see it even with a mask) is a great asset to your service department.

Only thing I would of liked was a offer for a ride to and from home while my car was being worked on . I had to ask to be taken home then when the car was complete I paid for my own Lyft since it was not offered . Other than that everything was great !
