Im happy with the customer service. I feel they handled my situation extremely well. However..I feel there was not enough communication understood upon arrival with my car. I pulled in specifically because of the air.conditioning not working and the check engine light coming on. I said I also wanted to get my oil changed. Kinda dissappointed that getting the car back..the check engine light was still on and the tire inspection never happened as the invoice states they did perform. The air in the tires was EXACTLY the same and no air even put in the low tire. I have one noticeably low . Same still with the same numbers reading on the gage. VERY happy about the way they treated me ...just wish there was a little bit better service on the actual car done for over $210.. or not say on the invoice there was something done that was not. Customer service again was stellar ????

You need to give customers better training on the audio system. It is glitchy and confusing

My battery died & I had a jump start at 6:30 a.m. I immediately drove to Acura to get a new battery. I arrived at 7 a.m. & within a very short while I had the new battery & was on my way. I felt very confident In the work done & relieved.
