Shehata took the time to listen to my wife concerns and what she was hearing in her vehicle he even went out and test drive the vehicle before we left to ensure he could explain to his tech what’s her concern was. He had the vehicle ready within a few hours. I will be bringing our vehicles to DCH for all our service needs!

Kirollos is an exceptional service writer... he keeps me informed regarding progress of service and should something extra need be performed, he always calls regarding issues found by the service technician... for that I am always grateful. It saves me time in the long run, having issues addressed before they become problems.

The car seems to idle a little high when I was going home .they didn’t disinfect my car in the inside they did vacuum though

I chose to drive from San Diego thinking DCH is better than Kerney Mesa. Chad and Josh were great. Not sure who put the service tag that was designed to go on my rearview mirror on my HUD window and blocked the projection. Vehicle wasn't washed and vacuumed. The loaner was same filthy. I may have been spoiled by Lexus and Range Rover folks. My thought about Acura is compatible with Lexus may need some tuning.
