I was happy with the repair but my vehicle was returned to me without being washed or vacuumed, which I thought was a standard practice.
The floor mat was dirty and water spots, dried up bird droppings, etc. I had just had it washed before turning it over for repairs.

Didn’t check the price of black material that was clearly sticking out of the hood. Which was one of the list of things I mentioned.
Returned the car and after doing updates to the electronic system, failed to check that my XM was gone and all other phone data was gone. Very irritating.
Mark took care of everything for me from arranging to pick up my car to doing the repairs and then returning my MKZ back to my home.

I specifically asked that the oil change timer be reset after servicing - that wasn't done. Two tires were at 33 psi, 1 at 34 psi and 1 at 35 psi, after servicing, so tire pressures weren't checked. The windshield washer fluid wasn't refilled. What else didn't they do?
The purpose for the car pickup was to setup the feature “phone as a key”. The sole purpose my car was picked up was to install the update. I have no idea if this actually happened
