No loaner vehicle available, towing service didn't arrive in 90 minute time frame then given a new time for pick up 2 hours later and they still arrived an hour and 40 minutes late. Original service was complete the next day but then I asked Brad to go ahead and do the recall update since they already had the vehicle there, if they could do it that day and he explained it was a 4 he process that may have to be restarted during the process but they would start it that afternoon (Thursday) and assured me the vehicle would be completed and returned on Friday. He texted me late Friday afternoon and said it wouldnt be complete until Monday. After texting back saying I knew this would happen because of the weekend and insisting he get my car back so I could have it for the weekend, he then immediately called and said the update was complete, the keys were just handed to him and did I want him to leave it at the service center for me to pick up on Saturday or have it towed back on Monday. After insisting again he get my car back to me because it's a service provided by Land Rover thru leasing a vehicle, he said he would call and set up towing in the morning so it would be back to me (which would be Saturdsy). When we called Saturday morning, no towing had been set up, he lied, again...

I was unhappy with the amount of time it took to get my oil change.
I was told that I could come in as early as 7:30 and so I did come early this time for my service. I was the 3rd person there and I was told that as soon as a technician came in that my car would be worked on. I asked how long it would be and was told I should be finished up around 8:30 or latest 8:45. At 9:00 I walked back over and my car was still sitting out front and no one had worked on it.
This was not a good experience for me.
My tire has a screw in it.
