First I wanna say that Brad and everybody was wonderful and they did a great job replacing all the buttons in my car but I had asked that my tires be rotated and according to the invoice I got the tires were not rotated it was not listed as one of the things they did but I had specifically asked Brad to rotate my tires. I’m sure that this was an oversight but it was specifically asked for and it wasn’t done so I just wanted to bring this to your attention overall I am absolutely thrilled with the service that I have received from island jaguar but I wanted you to be aware that a service was asked for and was not completed.
