The only issue I had was that I was the only one wearing a mask. No one in service, sales, or anywhere in the concierge lounge area.
Mark was always accommodating in times when I needed service. I am a customer with Lincoln (<Mark) since 2001, Previously with Lincoln on Long Island, NY
Ashli does an excellent job
Waited for an hour after an appointment just to tell me they didnt even have the part. I drove 30 minutes each way to get to this dealership and my time was wasted. They could have let me know they didnt have the part before the appointment
It was a long wait, but I knew it wouldn’t be quick and so glad of the battery check to avoid an issue that I would have probably had on the road.
Ashli’s expertise coupled with her impeccable interpersonal skills are the main reason our experiences are outstanding. I’d say she’s a keeper, but you figured that out long before we did.
