Was so so so happy with the service I received, I was definitely a super annoying customer because I kept texting and begging for to get my car and they where super nice regardless!
Everything was done when it was supposed to be. Ashli kept me up to date with the service.
I waited one hour. I agreed to wait that long. After an hour I went to pick up my Navigator and the job couldn’t be done. No one notified me. I wasn’t upset but very disappointed. The gentleman at the counter ask me to make an appointment and I didn’t agree to that. He then offers to have it picked up in Palm Bay and leave me a loaner since I have a doctors appointment scheduled. That means my gas is going to be spend and mileage. I would expect the dealership to at least compensate for this. Gas would be appreciated. Thank you.
Mark always makes sure my automobiles are well taken care of. My two Lincolns, and recently my Shelby Mustang was serviced at Island Lincoln for an airbag replacement. Always a pleasure.

Your service department sold the part Ashley had ordered for our car so our appointment for repairs was useless. Still haven’t gotten a call about the part. Car still isn’t fixed . Would you be satisfied?
