I trust Mark to take care of my car. He excels at customer service and I like to do business with him.
Service has had my car since January 11th and I was told today that they have not resolved the issue. This is the second time in two months that the car has been in for an AC problem. Poor service has made me reconsider ever buying a Lincoln again. I’m not sure why I am getting a survey when you still have my car.
Mark understood the urgency of my issue and was able to fit me into the schedule. The park was replaced and Mark (and the team) went above and beyond to fix the problem.
