Is Linc accommodated my need for a mid-morning appointment. The Continental was a dream loaner car and perfect for long distance drives. Mark and the Is Linc technicians took care of my electrical problems and even a few things I forgot to mention. So, I'd give top marks to Mark and Island Lincoln.

I was kept waiting too long and forgotten about.
One of the issues was not resolved and I left messages for Mark about this. It has been five days and I've not received a return call. Terrible customer service in my opinion. I spent a large amount of money for this new vehicle and I expected all issues to be corrected during the full week that my car was back at the dealership. That did not happen.
She is one of your most thorough and competent staff.
The Island Team has always been very professional and helped me with all of my vehicle needs.

Jame went of his way to help us with a warrantee issue and make sure it was taken care of. Based on his and pas experience with service department I will definitely consider Island Lincoln-Jaguar-LandRover Merrit Island for out 6th Lincoln Purchase.
There were a few delays and James keep me updated frequently. The delay was because our car had an unexpected dead battery when it was time for the pick up at our home. He helped me navigate through the Roadside service process and keep up with the progress. We were having two cars serviced and he worked through it with me.
