Worst service Dept I’ve ever experienced. I keep hoping it will get better and brad does nothing but lower the bar each time. After owing several Jaguars in my life, he and this dealer are the worst I’ve ever had to endure. Brad is rude, condescending, and uncommunicative in all aspects of our encounter. He never follows up on questions, ignores calls, and lies.

3 hours for an oil change that I scheduled at 8:30 am on Tuesday Nov 16. My time is just as important as yours. Also everyone thought it was funny they were running late without an explanation.

3 hours for an oil change after I made an appointment over a week in advance. Price changed 3 times during the process, A) $89.99 when I booked the appointment, B) $102-$103 when I showed up and finally C) $125 when you were done with my car. Nobody in your service department could get the oil light to turn off. They said they looked on the internet and couldn’t find anything on how to do it.
