I had to bring my RR twice. First time your shop replaced my box sensor and stated my filter was dirty is why the DEF warning was triggered. So, the nox sensor was replaced. Not even two days later as I was heading back from Orlando the DEF warning appeared again. So, I went back to your dealership. You replaced my air filter and did a reset and I have been to Orlando this weekend and no DEF warning. So dirty filter and old nox sensor (DEF warning) dirty filter and new NOX sensor (DEF warning ) replaced air filter - NO DEF WARNING. My RR has 55k miles and it leads me to believe that my air filter was the culprit and not the nox sensor but your office replaced expensive alternative first rather than the air filter. Your representative Brad is a great guy and he does not control what the RR specialist do BUT I feel the filter should have been replaced first and I did not need a new NOx sensor. $179 vs $1700 is a huge difference for something that I feel was not needed to be replaced.
