Mark is awesome! He is attentive and cares —love that! Great service is hard to find these days. Your auto cleaner —not so good. He cleaned my car but not really!
Everything was done as promised...a rarity today. I appreciated the honorability and the quality of workmanship.
My 2020 Aviator has been in your service department at least 3 times and my original dealership in PA at least 2 times for the same three problems, a blue screen backup camera, exterior driver door lock button not functioning and black soot deposits on my garage floor under the front end. Neither the service consultant or the Lincoln Concierges have been able to solve these issues. And in fact I feel like I am being questioned as if these things might not be true. Which is insulting.
All I want is my Aviator repaired, or replace it and send this one back to your engineers to sort out. Your service consultant Mark Lauretta has photographs of these issues but he states that he can’t order any parts like a ne backup camera, door keypad or non leaking exhaust pipes unless he get an error code, HE HAS PHOTOS!!!!!! Whoever this message goes to please contact me immediately before this escalates.

Ashli was kind. I was unsure why it took 3 weeks to simply replace one bolt? I understand it is an old car, though trying to get someone to toe, getting updates, was nonexistent. Last service in Ft. Pierce I received a loaner. Here, no help. I called numerous times, responding back to a text message as I needed a charger and clothes left.
I received messages saying my car was done. After, a friend received a message my car was done. But, it was not. I called, left messages. ‘Your phone system was down.’
Ashli said your phones were down, though I never received a call letting me know what was wrong, how much to repair. Etc. I called, could not leave message as left in endless loop?
She said she left voicemails for me, though not one call, or voicemail appears.
My car was 1/4 mile of your dealership. Coming East off Canaveral where it just stopped.
I went to ask for help, waiting on tow.
I tried to push, but could not steer at same time.
Though got it towed, dropped off, and 3 weeks later for a simple bolt on the end of alternator.
I, thank you for fixing it. You were paid.
It’s an old car, so I simply wanted to know best course of action. 3 weeks?
Sorry, just venting a bit, as it took 3 weeks.

He was very knowledgeable about all features of any concern we had.
