We have never used this Jaguar dealership before, but used the dealership in atlanta where the car was purchased. We have never had the car kept for more than 2 days. The car was kept at your dealership for 8 days and we didn’t get an update until the 5th day it was there. There was nothing seriously wrong with the car, so r unsure why it took so long.
Both Mark and Ashlie are the best and most professional service managers I’ve ever encountered. Give them recognition they deserve.

Ashlli at the service desk went above & beyond to have my vehicle ready in the same day I had all 4 brake pads replaced. I appreciate her effort. She also provided the most uodated status of my vehicle theoughout the day. She is awesome!
