I received my car back with the left headlight not working. Before it was working perfectly fine. I am disappointed that they said I needed a new headlight mount/bracket in which I paid to get fixed and even more disappointed that my car was returned and they did not do a final check to see if the headlight was properly placed and working.

While we were satisfied with the willingness to try to get our navigation system updated, we are disappointed that we have been told the updated system does not include restaurants and stores in Viera, which were in existence well before 2019, and we were told that the updated version would include data through 2020. For instance, it guided us to a Outback Steakhouse on Wickham Road, which was closed before 2019. We are concerned the system will guide us to other places that are no longer in existence. This is no fault of the technician or sales representative, but one of your navigation technology, which pales to Google maps, for example.
Yea ... Brad is awesome. He could sell ice to eskimos... what ever you are paying him is not enough. I will buy another RR and service with him as long as he is there. I drive by the Orlando store to service with Brad.

Really like the drop off service so I can avoid missing work
It was difficult to schedule a time to bring my car in for repair. It was also inconvenient not having a rental. Pick up and drop off to our house would have been a nice offer considering there was no rentals available. My key was supposed to be put in the sales department to pick up after service hours and was not there. Disappointment all around.
