Everything was taken care of
It was a transient problem with MKZ. Service Manager was great. Gave us a loaner car and fixed the problem in a day and a half
The repair advisor stated that the Jaguar was completely charged. It was not charged. Charge Level was 19%. A new Display software upgrade, H264 was installed, which changed miles/speed to KM, instead of miles. I had no idea of what speed I was going on the way home & drove a little too fast. Minor issues, but something to be aware of. The original problem, No AC was superbly fixed and I am satisfied with the work done.
Island Service dept. had my vehicle for several days while I was on vacation They were unable to give me a loaner the time I am waiting for a full 4 days without a car
Mark is an exceptional service representative! He always remembers my name and goes the extra mile to take care of my multiple cars I’ve purchased from the Island Lincoln dealership. He really seems to care and I appreciate that. This dealership is like no other....gym, haircuts for $2, a great little deli and a lovely view of the water while you wait. Even my salesman James Wolfe is terrific!(I’ve purchased 2 cars from him.).
