My original appointment was rescheduled and delayed by a week, because Jaguar didn't have a loaner available. I accepted the reschedule without a problem.
When the car was delivered for the appointment, it could not be worked on, because the Jaguar staff was shorthanded. This delayed the service by 4 days. I accepted the delay with no problem.
Once the car was inspected I was told that the transmission could not be diagnosed with my aftermarket wheels on the car --- I would have liked to have known that when the car was initially dropped off. I immediately delivered my original wheels to Jaguar so they could diagnose the car (>2 hr. Trip). I was called back and informed that I needed to come back and bring lug nuts. It takes more than 2 hours for me to make that trip, and I was not willing to make it, just to bring lug nuts. I would've hoped that Jaguar had some lug nuts they could use for 30 minutes to diagnose my car, or I would've liked to have known that when I delivered the wheels.
I told Jaguar I would have a set of lug nuts delivered via Amazon Prime (guaranteed within 2 days). I was told that Jaguar could not wait on the lug nuts. Therefore I needed to come get the car "when it is ready tomorrow" (The lug nuts were being delivered the day after 'tomorrow '). I was disappointed by this stance; especially after I politely accepted two delays from Jaguar. Jaguar was unwilling to accomodate my 1-day delay, after I had accommodated 1 1/2 weeks of delays from Jaguar.
My only option was to reschedule or buy a set of lug nuts from Jaguar for $125.
I chose to reschedule. The next available appointment is over 10 days away.
This was a horrible experience full of delays, confusion, and inflexibility.

Mark was very welcoming and helpful during my first visit to Island lincoln. My car was completed in less time than estimated and Mark called immediately when it was finished. Excellent customer service. Ps Loved the the Club ambiance.
