Brad was good. My wife said the gentleman who picked the car up was nice, courteous, and had a great attitude. My problem is this: The problem with my car was not fixed. My XJL was checked in because periodically the car hesitates to go into reverse. This morning, one day after receiving it from Island Jaguar, the problem continued. That is an indicator that the problem was never corrected.
