Sloppy workmanship....just leaving dealership engine light came on...I returned auto...simple fix....something wasn’t plugged in....
Also when a car comes in, the Vin. number should identify between a lease vehicle and own vehicle....this will help with payment issues.
Scratches on interior tailgate panel, not replaced, buffed out, removing the texture. This looks VERY used. The car came back filthy and with no gas. Very disappointed. This car was not washed or cleaned before delivery back to me, the vehicle had also been driven almost an extra 50 miles. I emailed these issues to Mark without response. The vehicle still has a scratched infotainment screen, returned to me unrepaired. I would like to use another dealer as I do not trust Island Lincoln nor their employees. The interior tailgate panel looks used and unprofessional, and the screen repair has not been done after having my vehicle for over a week. PLEASE RESPOND TO ME REGARDING MY CONCERNS.
Mark is the best service advisor I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles , listens to his customer, and has always made me feel as if I were the only customer there. He is personable and a great asset of Island Lincoln.
