Graham is a real problem-solver, and I am grateful for his persistence and excellent customer service. I tried making an appointment by calling service directly. The phone was answered by Brad who suggested “Quick Lane” for my 60,000 mile Lincoln maintenance. The call was answered by a woman in sales whom I tried to make the appointment with, and after explaining, she then forwarded the call to Graham where I simply asked for a “Quick lane” appointment. After arriving 4 days later (today) I found out from Graham that not only was the 60,000 maintenance a “Major” maintenance milestone worthy of the appointment I had originally requested, but also that the rebate from purchasing 4 new Michelin tires had been denied, too! Graham did as much as he could regarding the “Quick lane” and advised me that I would have to return to properly have the full milestone maintenance performed. He also tried to find out why the documentation from the tire replacement was not received by the Lincoln rebate center, but he ran into the same roadblocks with a faulty number as listed on the Lincoln message center: ****-****-xxxx re: Ticket #HK958922. The number answered with the automated: “calls from this number are refused.”! I called and got a telemarketer trying to sell me “Ambassador Auto Savings” from a man named Dimon and the company: “Protect My Car” as he indicated and kept asking me for my phone number to complete my purchase?! I am grateful for Geaham’s Help today despite the numerous failings of the Lincoln brand and misdirection of Island’s service department.

I have to say that Mark was fantastic! This is my first service experience with your dealership and it went very well. I am particular and wary. Moving to a new area I traditionally spend some time looking for a service provider that is based on service and not gouging. I think that this has alleviated my apprehension quite a bit.

Every time I come into the Quick service oil change lanes the gentleman at the oil change desk always ask me if I could come back another day. He says they are short handed explaining that he would only be able to do an oil change, no tire rotation, no filter change or anything else. I purchased a platinum service plan with the purchase of my vehicle and have been truly disappointed. This is not a single occurrence as this has happened the last 3 times. Also, the last time I had to return as I noticed my tires were noted rotated.
