The service department went out of their way to service my Lincoln that was do for a scheduled maintenance. I had to leave town the day of my service appointment so they called me the day prior to my service and asked to bring my car to them that day and took great care in servicing my Lincoln. Job well done

Found scratches on interior paint, grease markings on the ceiling left rear passenger side and still owed money from an overcharge on service from over a month ago. Working with Brad to resolve these issues.
