I have a couple of questions about issues with the car, he was very dismissive and rude about it. He told me that if I had any questions to call Mark, that hes not in the service department and couldn't help me. I DO NOT know who Mark is. Not the best customer service

Upon picking up the car the wash job was poorly done since water spots were all over every window. Graham agreed and drove the car BACK to have it redone. Thanks but when the sun was on the windshield, the dirt, water spots etc were quite obvious.
