I've never been to a Lincoln dealer that didn't clean a vehicle after service. I also had to go ask for someone to go to the quick Lane twice... No one was there.

Mark was great, he kept us well informed of the status and was courteous the entire time. We were disappointed that comparable loaner vehicles were not available. It is especially disappointing to get a NISSAN as a loaner. A Lincoln dealership should be promoting their brand. It is a good thing the Nissan sucked so bad we aren't looking at one of those now. In a way you saved me money for not putting my wife in a new Navigator cause I am sure she would have one by now if she drove one.

I have expressed my displeasure with the service manager, Bill Kaiser. My car has been in for the same problem multiple times. The last time it was in for a door lock jam was this past Monday. It was returned to me the next day, Tuesday, with the same problem. My car is six years old. I am getting ready to purchase another Land Rover and most likely will not be purchasing it from Merritt Island.

You guys are superb! I know with the hurricane threat a lot of folks got their services canceled and the service folks were swamped understandably, but you guys managed to get me in -Thanks to Ashli for that! Thanks a lot to Brad for handling all the transactions efficiently and with superior customer service. I was sent an invitation for new Jaguar owners for a complimentary checkup and car wash. I felt that the tire pressure was increased to higher than the suggested pressure for the light load. Also, the roof was not washed. I had to wash it myself after arriving home. Since this was my first visit to the service department since buying my E-pace, I was less than satisfied. I might add, I have a vacation trip next week so it was important to do a checkup. I had to return to the dealership to attend to the tire pressure issue. Needless to say, I am a little disappointed.

There are still cosmetic issues that must be addressed like the overspray paint that needs to be removed from my windshield and passenger panels of my F-Pace.
