I really like the convenience of dropping off my vehicle and either using a loaner car or being driven to work. Car repairs aren’t fun...but at least this way they are a little less painful.

My car interior was cleaner than the day I bought it! I could not get over how different it looked. My dashboard is sleek and shining more than ever. So thankful for your attention to detail.

I was satisfied with the interaction with the people at the shop, all were calm and courteous. The one thing that I was not satisfied about was how long it took to get the parts needed to fix the problem with my car. It took two weeks to get my car back, and I was only given s rental car the last three days. Maybe have more loaner cars for any prolonged problems, or switch to faster shipping service.
