I was completely satisfied with the service, but they were unable to tell me why my car has had problems. It is not their fault that it can’t be diagnosed. I will have to wait until it won’t start again or will not accelerate or go from 2nd to 3rd gear. At that time, my warranty will have probably be expired. When this happened I was 300 miles from home with a car that would not start even with jumper cables. Thank you, Jean Lenz

Very poor communication. We were to have a new AC hose put on our purchase and the communication on picking up the vehicle, and fixing the hose was very poor. If the service department communicated with us on having issues and it needing to take longer than expected would have gone a long way as to satisfying us. We felt like we were getting a run around.
