I was given a ticket for $127 by the highway patrol for illegal window tinting on a car we purchased from Kemna in Fort Dodge. I feel the cost of this ticket is Kemna's responsibility for selling me a car with illegal modifications on it. I have not received payment yet from Kemna on this.

Tom usually knows exactly what I'm going to ask before I ask it when it comes to service. He's always gotten me in when I need in. I've only been going to Kemna for a year and a half but have yet to have a bad experience though I don't believe I ever will.
