Bought a car last month and after driving couple of weeks having issues with stereo system and it’s connections which I think was not checked before and certified accordingly by the poor sales team , as I had very bad experience with the sales team with discussing technical details. As they only know to sales . In first experience my car been taken from my work place and given back saying that the problem with your system screen has been resolved but after one week same problem started again. I have to take videos and pictures of the problem to make them understand that there is a problem which I was so annoyed with sales team of Acura of Libertyville , that they didn’t inspect the car before selling it to me. While 2 nd time I have to take my car again as the person whom I talked to over the phone to book my appointment ( name: Jose) he told me that you have to drop your car and we can keep the car with us to check the problem , also we don’t have a loner availability for next three weeks. But finally I met jonelle long who has provided me loner and handled the situation excellently in a way to resolve the issue. Will be appreciated ever . Also tips for sales team of Acura Libertyville , worst buying experience of car as this is my 5 th car purchase .
