I know he was new and being trained but he didn’t know what he was doing, didn’t have a printer available to him and kept me waiting for 20 minutes after my car was delayed Ceres to the front

Your people are awesome. Your labor rate is stupid high. I am going to consider servicing elsewhere! When McGrath tool over I was super pleased, you were charging a fair price. I don’t know when it changed, but $125 worth of labor to change air filters that I can do in 10 minutes is simply stealing.

I question the cost of my service with this dealership. The part was 80% higher than other Acura dealerships. I purchased the part and returned it because it was cheaper for me to drive 20 miles to another dealership and get what appears to a known part to fail. I will not return to this shop as long as you conduct business using such tactics as price gouging. And I will make sure that my wife, daughters,family, and friends understand what I experienced.
