my invoice showed only 5 quarts of oil even though my vehicle requires 6/it took several phone calls over several dyes before I received a call back saying that all 6 were installed

We bought the service package believing everything was going to be covered. Of course, some things like break pads won’t but no one told us about the break system cleanup and other stuff. We had to pay for something we always thought it was covered. Service was quick and efficient but that’s the only thing we didn’t like.
