This service experience was positive. Jordan and the service dept provided good explanations of the car’s issues which required fixing or were recommended to be fixed. I appreciate the delineation between the urgent and recommended fixes and the pages providing the explanation. It’s nice also to get the car washed during service.
As an Acura customer since 2004 I hope you as a company continue to provide a service experience I can trust.

This was a continuation of my visit one week ago. Things I had mentioned as concerns a week ago were already improved, and noticeably so! And my wonderful service advisor was as informative, helpful, and patient as ever. This second visit has truly restored my faith in McGrath Acura.

I don’t feel Jordan was as responsive as your other advisors. I understand he might be new and probably might still be training.
Excellent and fast service
Overall cost for the recommended services were way too high. And upon asking for lowering the price, the total was increased by $50 and they lowered the total by $75 which is nothing when we are looking at $900ish initial total.
Jordan was friendly, concise and knowledgeable. Great service.
