$2600 to replace defective parts is ridiculous. I asked last February if Acura would help with the cost. You said you would check. You never responded to me, There is no need for me to drive to Libertyville for service. I live in Arlington Heights and will go to Arlington Acura in the future.

Scheduled a service appt for the following day but was in the area the day before (12/6) so I stopped in to see if it could be done then. Nicholas was so helpful and got me in right away. Thanks for saving me an additional trip.

I brought my car in on Thursday to get my airbag replaced due to recall. I made an appointment, and assumed they’d have the part. 45 minutes after I got there, I was told the part was damaged and that they would order a new one and would have to come back the next day. The next day (Friday) rolls around and I did not get a call at all. I called and left a message and no l body called me back. I am driving my car with a hazardous airbag and not only has nobody updated me or called me when they said they would, but I also haven’t gotten ahold of anyone. I very disappointed and am still waiting.
