Jordan did my oil change and cleaned the car for me. He also answered all my questions while I’m getting used to the new car. He helped me understand why I was getting such low gas mileage. He was very friendly and informative.
Jose was very helpful and kept me updated on the stats of my vehicle.

The oil cap was not replaced after the oil change. It wasn’t until the following day I noticed some oil on the garage floor and a distinct odor. After lifting the hood, there was oil splattered above on the hood and engine compartment. I found the oil cap that luckily didn’t fall out while the vehicle was in motion. But even more grateful there wasn’t any other significant issues while my wife drove the vehicle. I called to speak with the service manager about the issue today and was told there wasn’t one available nor did I get a call back. Nick was great! He was not the issue. The rest of the process was not up to par and negligent. This was my first visit at your dealership for service and I doubt I’ll return except to have the fluids topped off. I hope any issues related to this incident will be resolved accordingly and in a timely manner.
