You have listed this vehicle as a certified vehicle and when I bought this vehicle the Manager was agreed with me this vehicle has certification for 7 years or 100000 miles included in the price we agreed.but the finance department cheated me they didn’t sell this vehicle with the same certification.

When I brought my car 5/27/23 the Idle stop in my car was working. The the engine stops when i am stop like on the traffic light and starts when I drive after I brought it for the recall the idle stop will always say “unavailable” and I brought it back 6/23 and it still gives me the warning that “idle stop is unavailable.
Kelli was very professional and kept me updated with what was going on with my car. She very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions i asked.

Always trying to sell is expensive service that isn’t needed really. Not just to us but every customer in the waiting area. Big pitches and guilt trips. Makes me not trust your service department or dealership.

I can find my paperwork that the dealer gave me a two year extension for the service maintenance (B1) (we are moving house location., my document is misplaced) . Dealership gave me a credit because I traded my X5 2013 BMW. I paid $202 for which is not supposed to, the $ should be refunded. Thanks for your kind consideration and cooperation.
