Keli was very professional and provided great customer service. She sent number of messages to keep me posted on my vehicle. First one was thanking me choosing McGrath dealership, Second message regarding updates on my vehicle. Third message thanking for trusting McGrath and requesting feedback. I went to another McGrath acura branch prior to yours and I am so happy To choose this location because the service is excellent and personnel especially STEVE is very knowledgeable , kind and patience enough to deal with a meticulous person like me! My aut idle stop on my Acura TLX worked fine before I brought it in for Acura’s recommended software upgrade. Now it does not work at all. I am being told that I need a new battery because it will not hold a charge ( I purchased that battery in math) and that the battery cable needs replacement. Total 643.41. This is total b.s. Whatever happened to that vehicle happened under your care. I am extremely unsatisfied.
