Upon picking up my vehicle after the recall service, I noticed a significant scratch on the trunk. I approached the service representative to express my concern, but was informed that the damage had already been documented during the pre-inspection and therefore was not their responsibility. Despite my attempts to explain that the scratch was not noted during the pre-inspection, the representative remained unyielding and suggested that I visit another dealership if I was dissatisfied. I was taken aback by the representative's response and struggled to find the right words to express my disappointment. Ultimately, the service manager intervened and acknowledged the damage, and offered a resolution. Within 30 minutes, the scratch had been almost entirely removed. While I accepted the resolution, I was disappointed with the initial interaction with the service representative and will likely seek service elsewhere in the future..
