Steven was great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Was a pleasure to deal with. I met their service manager Juan he is one of the nicest and welcoming person I ever met. He made me feel like family which was very comforting. I also got to meet the mechanic that worked on my car because I had a few questions (about my car.) He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. All 3 of these guys are top notch and at the head of their field. Thank you Acura of Libertyville.

I appreciate everyone's help. While I understand things happen, I do wish I was kept more updated on the progress and status. I understand Jonathan was out for a few days, so I can empathize if he needed to be gone. But even if the other people had relayed that to me when I called on more than 1 occasion, would have been better than no info at all. My calls weren't returned, or I was told it's being figured out, someone will get back to me. If I didn't call on thursday - I don't think anyone would have called me to lmk the car was already ready. Again, I don't fault Jonathan for being out- it happens. I just wish that was relayed instead of saying someone will get back to me and no one did.
